A big reason I wanted to start up this website was that, when I was starting to really commit myself to improvement, there wasn’t any one place I could go to get the essential building blocks as a starting point. I would have to trudge through incorrect and bad advice just to find a morsel of accuracy and truth.
This isn’t the complete list for you because I don’t know you. The goals for this section is as follows:

If you can have a really good understanding of what’s going on in your mind, and how to intelligently and confidently change that, then nothing can get in your way. Make no mistake about it, even if your only goal in life is to be happy, you will find there are many obstacles. Overcoming them starts here, with a routine and absolute certain way of how your mind works.
